Sonitech provide a 24 hour 365 days a year emergency service to
all customers with a valid, and current Maintenance Agreement. Callout
response times are kept to a minimum, normally within the hour depending
on travel time and traffic.
The use of remote diagnostics is becoming more and more popular,
where by Sonitech engineers can access your system via computer
and modem to rectify any problems without the need to visit the
site. This service is usually included in the Maintenance Agreement.
Alarm System Monitoring is also available, and strongly recommended,
as new Police guidelines state that they will no longer respond
to 'Audible only' systems unless there is some additional evidence
that an offence is in progress. Using our NACOSS Approved Alarm
Receiving Center, via your telephone line your property can be monitored,
so any alarm signal can be attended to.

Cancellation Policy
Maintenance only customers:
We will write to you 3 times when your maintenance contract is up for renewal. At this point we will arrange a date for the service of the alarm to take place. If you do not wish to renew your contract then this will automatically happen should there be no maintenance visit.
If you wish to cancel the contract in the interim:

Annual Monitoring and Maintenance customers:
The monitoring and maintenance contract is a rolling contract, that is automatically renewed every year in advance. We require one months notice to cancel the monitoring of a site, at which point a refund of the period left on the contract will be sent.
The company reserves the right to terminate the contract and cancel the monitoring of the alarm system if there is a failure to pay the account.

Pricing
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we will show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
